TEXAS MORTGAGE REFINANCE APPLICATION CHECKLIST

We want the mortgage process to be as easy as possible.
This Mortgage Checklist contains most of the paper work you need to give us so we can give you reliable rates, payments, closing costs. Feel free to print this list for future reference.

The first step is doing the online application (don't worry we don't charge mtg application fees and your information is safe). Did you know this website has the highest level of encryption allowed by the Federal Government?

We go to great lengths to protect your private info. If you prefer to print this and fax it--go for it! We have a dedicated efax which only the main broker's private email. No public faxes! We can also do the entire mortgage application over the phone.

TX Mortgage Documents

1. Signed sales contract if a purchase. If a refinance or home equity loan, please just send us your most recent mortgage statement so we can order an accurate mortgage payoff.
2. Most Recent w2 and most recent pay stub. Please fax this to Jon: 1-206-338-3834. If you're self-employed and don't have a w2--no problem. Just call us at 512-996-8194 and let's go over your self-employment mortgage options.
3. Assets: Be gathering your asset statements (checking, savings, money market, IRA, 401k, etc) and give those to us when we go over this via phone.
4. If Divorced, we'll need the decree and property settlement agreement (recorded).
